Remote management is very useful, especially when you need to manage many computers and devices remotely. In the context of the everyday end user, it may seem like a pointless technical ability, but many of you have families that need help, and being able to access their computer remotely and fix issues would certainly save some of us some fuel and time. Especially being able to fix issues as they arise, instead of when they are too far gone.
The first thing you need to do is download Team Viewer on both computers.
The second step is to make sure you have an account with TeamViewer, it does not cost a thing.
The third step is to get the necessary information to log onto the target computer.
Finally, you will be able to login onto the computer and do any necessary tasks. Connecting the computer as part of the assets you should be able to work on will make it easier to fix it in the future, provided it is connected to the Internet.
