If your computer speakers or headphones are making a static noise, there can be a few reasons why this is happening. Hopefully by the end of this you will be able to fix the issue, permanently.

The first thing we need to check is your cables. Loose cables can cause the signal to be dirty, which makes the static noise. If the cable is loose, and you can change it, get new cables.

The second detail, is the static sound new? Buy anything new that plugs into the wall like a dryer, fridge, etc. They may be the culprit. Probably a good idea to see if an electrician can isolate those devices and they can, also, check the ground for your home at the same time, to make sure the ground is not the issue.

If the issue is related to your computer, it May be a faulty power supply. If the computer is a desktop, you can switch the power supply, in most cases, with a new better one. And, if your power supply is not the issue, and the power going into the home is dirty, then your last resort would be a device that can clean up the electrical noise, like an uninterruptable power supply or power conditioner.

The last thing, and maybe the first thing you should check, the speaker cones, it is possible that they were recently or have always been damaged or defective. If they are damaged or defective, ask the manufacture if they have a warranty on the part or can provide you with a new speaker, and that should fix most issues related to static in your audio.
